Gorter has a bright future ahead of her for the Chargers. Gorter earned some valuable experience this past fall, going against sound players in the 6th Region. Gorter moves her feet well and squares her arms up to balls for consistent two to three-point passes. Gorter lunges when necessary, but still hits a good number of balls into the imaginary box in the front row to setters. Her control could improve, but that’s sure to happen with her work ethic. Gorter had 103 digs this past fall, helping Bullitt East go 20-8 and make it back to the 6th Region Tournament.
