This team has some missing pieces due to injury and Hicks is one that is stepping up nicely to help fill any offensive gaps. Her ability to swing for points at both pins creates variety for her and balance for her team. She took advantage of that variation well to give herself different looks and challenge the defense well, especially at the right pin as opposing blockers had difficulty closing space to that direction.
