With a smaller field, there are opportunities for teams to compete against some quality opponents while also sneaking out with a bid to the forthcoming USA GJNC. They begin the event as the top seed in Pool 5. She can score from both sides of the court as her 6'2 frame and presence at the right pin offers a viable option to run a lot of offense in that direction, which can create advantages for teams that have high potential point scoring balance. At 6'0, [player_tooltip player_id='774795' first='Laura' last='Raines'] is a formidable arm on the left side and out of the back row as she can jump and bring confidence and aggressiveness through her contact.
