The job is not easy and the demand is high for tempo, consistency, and energy. Kills don't happen on their own, so let's talk about the players delivering the ball on a silver platter. <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='723109' first='Kyleigh' last='Shaw'], a defensive minded setter for Arete 16 Navy Telos. She does well reading the hit first before she makes any transition movements to set. Because of this, her reaction time is quick and efficient, translating into her sets. She attacks the pass to meet the ball in the air and keep her hitters running a fast tempo game. Kyleigh plays aggressive and hustles to every ball, determined to get two hands on the pass. This level of play is exactly what got her team a ticket to Indy. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='727293' first='Landry' last='Mcrae'], 6 rotation setter for Excel 16N Red. Runs the court with fierce control. Her size makes her threatening presence on the court, opponents cannot take lightly. When setting, she pushes a quick tempo and maintains the pace well throughout the game. Landry moves her hitters around, pushing to the pins, ensuring blockers movement, opening up the court for hitters to do damage. Her tactical and quick play, keeps her team on a high that is hard to compete with, and is sure to be a sight to see. </p>

She starts her team off with a strong serve, disrupting the defense early. Her hands keep the game clean and quick with disciplined footwork and technique. Due to her discipline she consistently places the ball for her hitters to be successful at the net. She keeps high energy every play and competes for every point. Trynity runs a clean and quick tempo that her hitters trust, keeping her team encouraged and confident in their ability to win games. [program_tooltip program_id='431200' first='Madfrog' last=''] 16N Green, has a recipe for success going into this one.</p>

Her serve starts her team off in good scoring position, scrambling opponents from first ball. Once the ball is on home side, she sets a clean and quick ball, pushing the tempo and keeping her hitters moving. She is a setter who plays defense first and is not afraid of attacking a play with her platform to keep a rally going. Jilian's ability to play a well rounded game has been a key contributor to her team's success and confidence on the court, and is sure to serve it's purpose come nationals.</p>

Addison plays an intentional and effective game, displaying her court awareness with every read. Her team trusts her and plays behind her decisions, keeping a rhythm that clearly wins games.</p>
