She has a solid, reliable serve that puts pressure on opposing teams. Her setting technique is smooth and beautiful, showing strong fundamentals and confidence. Trynity does an excellent job moving her feet to get into position and delivering the ball cleanly across the net. Her court awareness and ability to run the offense make her a valuable leader on the floor.

Trynity Alsaid Trynity Alsaid 5'10" | S/RS Poteet | 2028 State TX is a versatile prospect in the Texas Class of 2028 who brings a unique blend of athleticism and court IQ to the setter/right-side role. At 5’10”, she offers good size for a young setter while also providing a legitimate attacking threat when moved to the right side. Alsaid runs an efficient offense, showing clean hands and the ability to deliver hittable balls from multiple platforms. She displays poise beyond her age, making smart decisions in transition and maintaining tempo even when systems break down. As an attacker, she is aggressive at the net and uses her length well to score against smaller blocks. Defensively, she competes with purpose and shows solid instincts in the back row. With continued development in consistency and physical strength, Alsaid projects as a high-upside hybrid player who can impact matches in multiple roles at the next level. Her skill-set translates very well to the next level and I would be surprised if she doesn’t get picked up soon by a big program.

Please officially welcome Miss Alsaid to the State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 36^th best overall prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.  She plays for Poteet High School and also for the MadFrog volleyball club.  We have been following Tryn for a long time and think she has such a high ceiling to keep improving and moving up the list.  This young lady is as solid as they come both is setting and attacking at the net.  Blessed with fast-twitch muscle fibers and excellent court vision, this young lady is a phenom that college coaches will fall in love with when they watch her compete.  As a setter, the ball comes out of her hands so smoothly due to her great touch and quick release.  One thing that stands out about her is how she never gets flustered no matter what transpires on the court.  Her demeanor stays the same and this can really settle her teammates down during tight moments against top competition.  As an attacker, she can fly and has tons of power in her entire body.  If she only played one position, she would still make this list, but since she is able to play both at a high level, we have moved her up pretty high in this update.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot amongst the best players in our State Rankings.

She uses her length and power to swing effectively at the net while also being a reliable blocker with great timing. As a setter, she runs a deceptive offense, staying neutral with her body so defenders can’t predict where the ball is going. Her size gives her an edge at the net, allowing her to score with dumps and challenge blockers head-on. With her combination of height, offensive firepower, blocking ability, and setting IQ, Trynity is a dynamic, well-rounded player who can change the flow of a match.

Miss Alsaid is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 class according to our Texas State Rankings but is on our official Watch List.  From what we have seen all club season and during this showcase, she will definitely be added once I update them next month.  She plays volleyball at Poteet High School and also for the MadFrog volleyball club.  When we combined the Sophomore Showcase with the juniors and seniors in the Stock Up Showcase, there were a few special sophomores that we put on the older player’s court.  Tryn was one of them that not only participated, but excelled against the older competition.  In every aspect of the game you can see her natural athleticism on full display.  It does not matter what you ask her to do on the court, she will be able to do it at a very high level.  What I love about her play is how she is never rattled on the court.  She plays the game with the same temperament no matter how tight the match might be.  Her coaches and teammates will always know that they can count on her to be ready for anything even when things might not be going their way at the moment.  As an attacker, she can throttle the ball with immense power around or though a block.  As a setter, her silky smooth footwork and delivery of the ball will make college coaches take notice for sure.  Stay tuned to see where we place her on the State Rankings in our next update.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award at our showcase.
