She was constantly communicating, covering her hitters, moving with purpose, and bringing an infectious level of energy to every rally. Whether she was competing in game play or participating in the most routine drill, her effort never changed. Every rep mattered, and her commitment to improving was evident from start to finish. It was hard to believe this talented athlete is only in 7th grade!</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>While her leadership and energy immediately stood out, her volleyball skills backed it up. Alicia is far more than an outstanding libero. She possesses a tough, well-developed serve that is clearly the product of countless hours of repetition, and her back-row attack is both explosive and effective, giving her team another offensive weapon. As scouts, we evaluate much more than physical talent. We look for athletes who are driven, coachable, selfless, and passionate about their development.
