The Lake Stevens senior led her team to the state semifinals in 4A, contributing in all facets of the game. She made players as a blocker and defender, tallied kills in the 5-1 and kept finding her teammates for great opportunities to score. She can locate her sets when she is forced to use her platform and on the run, allowing the offense to stay on track even in scramble play. Eichert is one of the top ranked setters in the state and will play at Westminster (UT) next season.

She is setting the pipe, keeping balls (and herself!) out of the net when passes are tight, all while leading Lake Stevens during a competitive schedule. The Vikings have faced the gauntlet out of conference, which should serve them well as the playoffs begin for the State Tournament berths.

Eichert is leading a WVBA 16 Adidas team playing in the 18 Open. The 2024 setter has soft hands, a great volleyball IQ and is super competitive. Her calm decision making against teams with older players will be critical in the squads success.

Her footwork patterns have been consistent and locked in, and the set location and tempo have been on point. She can take a pass when forced to backpedal, plant her feet and push it out to the pin or leave it in the perfect spot for the pipe attack. She is an easy mover, flowing to the first contact when it’s past the 10-foot line and adjusting her set to make it easy on her hitters. A left-handed dump is emerging as an offensive weapon, Eichert does a great job using the setter attack wisely, keeping her hitters in a groove and the defense off-balance.

Eichert plays for the high-powered Lake Stevens squad and has faced great competition at the club level as well. That experience combined with her set location and athleticism, place her as one of the best setters in the class. She does well on tight passes, keeping the ball out of the net and letting her hitter get a decent swing. In system, she runs a fast tempo and has an excellent sense of when to score herself.
