Junior outside hitter Alli Bornschlegl has stepped into a starring role for Norris this season and thrived. After the graduation of several key players from last year’s state title team, Bornschlegl has elevated her game across every statistical category and become a major reason Norris opened the year with 30 straight wins.

She’s super quick and explosive off the floor, perfectly suited for Norris’ fast-paced offense. Alli consistently finds ways to score in rhythm. Just as importantly, Bornschlegl does the dirty work in the back row, passing, digging, and keeping rallies alive.
