According to the tournament seeding it looks like the top five seeds are as follows:&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:list {"ordered":true} --> <ol><!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>Divine Savior Holy Angels out of Milwaukee, WI </strong>- Ranked #1 in Wisconsin's largest class and are the defending state champions. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>Assumption out of Louisville, KY</strong> - A perennial powerhouse in Kentucky where they are one of the top programs in the country.  They will play Mother McAuley in a dual on Thursday night. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>Notre Dame out of Park Hills, KY</strong> across the river from Cincinnati - their lone loss came to Assumption and they will have a dual match at perennial Illinois powerhouse Marist on Thursday. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>Marist out of Chicago</strong> who always has a stacked squad and has a long list of alums who are playing at the Division 1 level.  They won a highly competitive dual against Mother McAuley last Thursday 2-1. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --> <!-- wp:list-item --> <li><strong>Mother McAuley,</strong> the host school is a national brand when it comes to volleyball.  The defending large school state champions of Illinois, they are always tough on their home turf. </li> <!-- /wp:list-item --></ol> <!-- /wp:list --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Who Are The Other Top Seeds</strong>?</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>North Branch (MI) </strong>- The top ranked team in Michigan's second largest class is located in Eastern Michigan and is a high school with just over 700 students.  They are led by athletes who play for Legacy and Michigan Elite with Aubree Deshetsky and Alayna Desetsky combining for 7.5 kills per set and setter Adrienne Greschaw has over 500 assists so far this season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Huntley (IL) </strong>- Huntley is always a North Chicago suburban powerhouse.  They defeated rival Barrington 2-1 last week as both of these teams will be in the hunt in their section. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Barrington (IL) </strong>- Barrington has advanced to the large school semifinals in Illinois the past two seasons.  Their only losses this season are to Oak Park River Forest and Huntley which will be in the hunt for a deep run in the large class for Illinois. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>Commits To Know</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Each team is going to have multiple big time commits who are going to be heading to some of the top schools across the country.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Divine Savior Holy Angels (WI)&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='122569' first='Sophia' last='Wendlick'] - 2024 - Creighton&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='178033' first='Madison' last='Quest'] - 2025 - Wisconsin&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='178026' first='Olivia' last='Durst'] - 2025 - Michigan State</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='246946' first='Jordan' last='Czajkowski'] - 2025 - Belmont</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The defending state champions in Wisconsin are tough to expose when it comes to any weakness.&nbsp;
