Clarke keeps putting out consistent good play! She is a super athlete that is smart on the court and is quick in her play. She has accurate sets with a beautiful backset that she uses confidentially. She utilizes all her front row players well but will include a perfectly executed set to the back row showing her dimension as a setter. She can pass up on first contact accurately from the back row and turn a bad pass into a good set. She handles out of system balls well and will send one to the back court showing her excellent prowess and court IQ. She serves a nice consistent ball and is confident in all her play. She is going up the ladder

McDonald puts a lot of her sets on target. She puts balls wherever her teammates instruct her to do so. She runs nice tandems and can do effective back sets. McDonald does a great job on first touches. She made some lunging saves under control Monday.

Clarke has made the switch to KIVA for the 2026 season. A promising Freshman that delivered consistently through the season. We look to see Clarke hone her skills this season and continue with her exceptional play for her new club! She is a confident player that oozes talent and brings a lot to the court for her age competing at the Varsity level this past HS season. We will be keeping tabs on her journey and are excited to see her game grow, no doubt she will continue to shine!

A freshman with a bright future Clarke has excelled at her position and made some impressive plays. She oozes confidence and runs the court masterfully for her age. She holds the cards and knows when to play them to pin or middle making sound decisions with great technique, she digs well from the back row and brings a ton of energy to her game. She holds a lot of versatility to her play with all equally impressive sets to get the job done. She is going up the ladder in a big way.

Clarke is one of the top freshman setters in the state for a reason. She takes the floor with amazing confidence and it has caught on with her teammates. She moves her feet well and does a variety of sets to keep opponents guessing. The six-rotation player also gives the Warhawks sound play on defense and takes sound swings when needed. Her versatility should come in handy for Great Crossing for a while.

Clarke plays with the utmost confidence for her varsity team even though she is a freshman! She brings a lot to the court with excellent hands and posture to make a variety of accurate sets with good decision making! She utilizes all of her front line well and can set equally well to either pin, middle, tight to the net or off of it. Her backset is smooth and she is fast to position herself on the court, she has good communication and plays well with all rotations. She has a ton of versatility with a great swing with nice mechanics, good timing and vertical on the block and can dig like no tomorrow with fast reflexes and good court IQ, not to mention she can pull out aces on her serve to complete her toolbox. We absolutely loved all aspects of her play, she stands out!

McDonald made some strides this spring playing on the A.41 team. McDonald’s size helps her with various setting angles. She puts her feet in good position on the sets. McDonald will only benefit from more experience.
