How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Play hard, stay positive, be encouraging, have fun and leave it on the court and keep that Libero mentality!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Bubbly, encouraging, a leader.

Yes, Gifted and talented leadership.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve always been a leader, that comes naturally for me although team work has helped define my style of leadership. Be happy, have fun but work and trust your teammates!

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

We all face challenges daily. With God walking with us we can approach challenges without stress and worry knowing they are all going to be ok.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m interested a D2-NAIA school where I can finish my undergrad prior to specific classes in my intended area.

Spillman makes a lot of nice first touches for A.71. She goes hard after balls even making nice one-armed, controlled saves. Spillman’s communication the court is noticeable. She consistently tells the hitters where to place balls. Great Crossing head coach Adam Ivetic said Spillman has great instincts and is solid technically. Ivetic added she is very fluid in serve receive. Spillman said that comes natural to her because she is so tight with her teammates, they are open to her giving those instructions on the court.
