<p>Four of the Girls Greater Catholic League teams are represented on this team led by three from Division I champion Seton. The other Saint on the team is outside hitter/defensive specialist [player_tooltip player_id='152054' first='Daisy' last='Cluxton'].</p>

<p>Two players from the Division II state champion St. Ursula Bulldogs will team up with them. They are the 5-10 dynamic outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='176096' first='Molly' last='Creech'] (pictured) and 6-1 middle blocker [player_tooltip player_id='152055' first='Nia' last='Jones']. Mercy McAuley teammates [player_tooltip player_id='152053' first='Ashley' last='Sess'], a 6-3 middle blocker, and [player_tooltip player_id='152058' first='Caroline' last='Moore'], a 6-0 opposite hitter, give the team size and Ursuline setter [player_tooltip player_id='482519' first='Addy' last='Franz'] will play a similar role.</p>

<p>This team has a good mix of players from Ohio and Kentucky.</p>

<p>Two juniors grace the roster in Beechwood defensive specialist Maggie Dawson and Ursuline middle blocker Kylie Nolan. St. Henry senior [player_tooltip player_id='159389' first='Elizabeth' last='Casey'] is the other defensive specialist on the roster.</p>

The four outside hitters are Ursuline senior [player_tooltip player_id='152057' first='Alyse' last='Smith'], Summit Country Day's [player_tooltip player_id='445100' first='Elena' last='Stone'], Scott senior [player_tooltip player_id='477092' first='Brooklyn' last='Helm'] and St. Ursula's Soleil Sabin. Helm played setter for the club team last year.</p>

<p>The only high school teammates come from Seton. They are libero [player_tooltip player_id='403526' first='Grace' last='Jones'] and outside hitter [player_tooltip player_id='379749' first='Nattie' last='Slusher']. Ursuline's [player_tooltip player_id='758025' first='Madison' last='Moine'] is the other setter with Colerain's [player_tooltip player_id='733599' first='Lauren' last='White'] setting. Mercy McAuley junior [player_tooltip player_id='403525' first='Emma' last='Adkins'] will set and play outside hitter.</p>

<p>Ross junior [player_tooltip player_id='381152' first='Kendall' last='Bosse'] will play middle blocker with St. Ursula junior [player_tooltip player_id='227797' first='Gabby' last='Semona'] playing middle and outside. The other outside hitters are McNicholas junior [player_tooltip player_id='548602' first='Sarah' last='Hutchinson'] and Scott junior [player_tooltip player_id='212393' first='Milyn' last='Minor']. Minor is the 10th Region's two-time player of the year.</p>

<p>This team has a number of players that contributed on varsity in the fall and some that hope to do it their senior seasons.</p>

<p>Breely Miller gave Seton depth at middle blocker and teammate Taylor Thiery hopes to add more of that at outside hitter this spring. St. Ursula teammates Penelope Bolinger at libero and Lauren Dorger at outside hitter and middle blocker hope to give the team added dimensions like they did in the state championship run for the Bulldogs.</p>

<p>Turpin made it to the Division III region championship game and two of those players comprise this team in libero [player_tooltip player_id='403524' first='Mallory' last='Thorn'] and opposite hitter Taylor Duermit. Beechwood sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='456668' first='Skylr' last='Estep'] is the setter with Mercy McAuley's Devin Carter hoping to contribute at libero and Talanwanda's [player_tooltip player_id='244504' first='Elise' last='Olenick'] looking to contribute at outside hitter.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Heid brings a dynamic skill set from the pins. Heid can send balls screaming to the lines and send cutters across the court. Heid constantly finds different ways to put balls down. Heid is also an effective hitter from the back row. Her defense improved tremendously as she had the highest number of digs in her four years at Badin. Heid led the Greater Catholic League Co-Ed with 467 kills and recorded 234 digs.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Smith played a big role defensively for the Lions in their run to the Division III state championship game. Smith does a great job reading hitters and reacting to balls. She slides to balls and still squares her arms up to them to make good passes to setters. Smith moves forward quick on softer touches. Smith had 183 digs for Ursuline this past fall.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">White brought a lot of versatility to the Cardinals this past fall, but looks to mainly set for [program_tooltip program_id='430852' first='Tri-State' last='Elite'] this spring. White makes solid passes then can quickly transition to offense. She can set to different spots on the court including back sets. White does a great job rushing forward to cover on blocks. White can throw in setter dumps and make solid serves. White had 196 kills, 55 aces, 198 digs and 29 blocks.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Bosse can make things happen from the middle and the pins. She does a great job following through on her spike attempts and makes good mid-air adjustments. Bosse mixes in soft shoves to the shallow left and right sides of the court. Bosse finished third in the Southwestern Buckeye League with 430 kills this past fall.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Dorger played a big role helping the Bulldogs to the Division II state championship and hopes to do the same for the 17 White club team. Dorger hits from all six spots on the court taking good approaches toward the net. Dorger also forms solid double teams. Dorger had 102 kills, 42 blocks and 24 aces.</p>
