Let's take a closer look at the players on 16 Black:

Let's start with 5'7” setter [player_tooltip player_id='458146' first='Alex' last='Kroll'] who is so smooth and makes great decisions. She sees the court well and has a calm demeanor out on the floor. Kroll plays great floor defense and does a fantastic job of mixing it up offensively. Nebraska One 16 Black has a lot of firepower to distribute to and Kroll does a nice job of finding the hot hitter. The North Star product is really athletic as she also plays basketball for the Navigators.

Another fellow Navigator is 5 '9 " middle blocker [player_tooltip player_id='521266' first='Lauren' last='McKernan']. She hammered away 258 kills this past fall with 53 total blocks. Mckernan does a great job of getting on top of the ball and has great jumping ability. She plays much bigger than 5 '9". Mckernan also has a great jump float serve that gave her a few aces against Nebraska Elite 17 Phoenix.

5 '10 " Emery Wiilliams, another middle blocker who plays for Lincoln Southeast is a strong athlete. She is versatile in the front row as she can hit from either pin, behind the setter with a quick or a slide. Williams has great court sense and can find open spots on the floor. Her strength when hitting either pin is the ability to tool the block.

Middle [player_tooltip player_id='521245' first='Aunalie' last='Scribner'] from Lincoln Northeast is another versatile athlete. During the school season she sets and hits. Scribner had 357 set assists, 123 kills and 37 ace serves this past fall for the Rockets. She primarily plays middle for Nebraska One 16 Black. Scribner runs the quick in the middle so well and Kroll and her have a great connection. They have played together the past two years, last year they were on VCN's 15 Black team. She has great court sense and can send a deep tip to the corner or right over the block for a perfect placement shot.

Middle [player_tooltip player_id='497417' first='Aubrie' last='Lierman'] from Waverly High School is a smart player. She sees the floor well and is able to put the ball down with shots as well. She runs the slide well and does a great job of reaching for high hands. She played right side for Waverly and had 95 kills and 36 total blocks. She can be a great utility player with her versatility.

Dual threat [player_tooltip player_id='458130' first='Haleah' last='Schuerman'] plays both libero or can play on the pin. For club she is primarily a passer. She has a great platform and passes great balls within a step or two on serve receive. She reads hitters well and has a calm demeanor in the back row. She attends Wilber-Clatonia High School. This past fall she had 145 kills and 202 digs. She does have a great swing and does a good job of reaching high hands.

Another libero or defensive specialist is Milford's [player_tooltip player_id='499009' first='Kira' last='Schweitzer']. She reads opposing hitter's well and does a nice job of picking up tips. She had 193 digs and 24 aces for the Eagles this past fall. Her driving float serve is hard to handle as well. Schweitzer has quick feet and moves well! [player_tooltip player_id='774919' first='Marie' last='Paneitz'] is also a quick passer/libero from North Star. She has great reaction time and a steady platform. She racked up 118 digs as a freshman for the Gators.

5'10” pin hitter Delainey Volkmer is so explosive on the outside. She hits the ball so hard and can also attack efficiently from the back row. Volkmer jumps so well and plays so big! She has developed some great shots too. She is a great six rotation player for the 16 Black. Volkmer hammered 339 kills and 292 digs for the Navigators this past fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='521253' first='Elsie' last='Schmidt'], another 5'9” sophomore is also strong and explosive on the pin. Schmidt had 267 kills this past fall and also has a great serve as she racked up 32 aces for the North Star Navigators. Elsie is really strong on tool shots off the block. Love how she takes huge swings! Her stock continues to rise!

Keep your eyes on Nebraska One's 16 Black this club season as they continue to grow and improve! This team has a ton of potential and athleticism.
