Parkley carries the banner for the Class of 2030 and brought back memories of Paisley Douglas’ tremendous defensive skills with the SkyHawks. The newest Douglas iteration had a strong backcourt presence during team drills and brought infectious energy as soon as positional work began. VCNebraska 13 Elite took full advantage of Douglas’ defensive leadership this spring, leading to some high-profile triumphs at national qualifiers. Expect a few more accolades when Douglas launches her high school career next year.
