Rankings Update: Class Of 2028 Athletes No. 11-20

Prep Dig Kansas releases first rankings for the Class of 2029.

The rankings now include 175 total athletes, with 45 athletes making their debut.   Here is a report on the 10 athletes ranked in the No. 11-20 positions.   [player_tooltip player_id='518356' first='Molly' last='McGovern'], 6'2”, RS, Blue Valley, '28   McGovern made a double-digit increase in the new rankings. She is ranked No. 11 overall after previously being ranked No. 23. She had a solid season for the Tigers as a freshman. She recorded 223 kills in 72 sets played.   [player_tooltip player_id='532772' first='Sage' last='Illian'], 6'1”, OH/S, Maize South, '28   Maize South's Illian is ranked No. 12 overall. Illian is a talented hitter who gobbled up 250 kills as a freshman. She also enjoys playing sand volleyball and could take that route to college.   [player_tooltip player_id='551350' first='Addi' last='Wisdom'] , 5'9”, S/RS, Maize, ‘28   Wisdom moved up five spots from No. 18 to No. 13. She can do a little bit of everything on the court and is versatile enough to play multiple positions. Her freshman stat line included 165 kills, 59 digs, and 121 serve receptions.   [player_tooltip player_id='562034' first='Braydee' last='Miller'], 5'11”, OH, Eudora, ‘28   Miller is ranked No. 14 overall. She jumped into the Top 20 for the first time after previously being ranked No. 28. Miller collected 345 kills in 91 sets played for the Cardinals.  She can play both rows as she recorded 259 digs and 369 serve receptions.   [player_tooltip player_id='714529' first='Charly' last='Vollertsen'], 6'0”, OH/RS, Garden City, ‘28   Garden City's Vollertsen is ranked No. 15 overall. Vollertsen played a key role in Garden City qualifying for the state tournament last season. In 94 sets played as a freshman, she racked up 201 kills.  She is a six-rotation athlete who also recorded 225 digs and 272 serve receptions.   [player_tooltip player_id='556362' first='Mette' last='Maxwell'], 5'7”, S, Ellinwood, ‘28   Maxwell is ranked No. 16 overall. She is a quality setter who can also elevate as an attacker. During her freshman season, she collected 554 assists, 158 kills, 197 digs, and 44 aces. She is also a solid basketball prospect. She averaged 7.2 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists as a freshman for the Eagles.   [player_tooltip player_id='623131' first='Mikala' last='Minton'], 5'7”, OH/S, Great Bend, ‘28   The Great Bend Panther moved three positions into the No. 17 slot. She filled in nicely for a Great Bend squad last year at times playing out of position. She recorded 296 digs and 153 kills as a freshman.   [player_tooltip player_id='644733' first='Rosalee' last='Johnson'], 5'8”, OH/DS, Olathe Northwest, ‘28   Johnson moved into the top 20 for the first time. She was previously ranked No. 55 overall. The Ravens prospect is now ranked No. 18 overall. She registered 170 kills and 174 digs on a team that is difficult for a freshman to crack.   [player_tooltip player_id='709741' first='Josslynn' last='George'], 5'6”, S/DS, Garden City, ‘28   George is ranked No. 19 overall. She racked up 375 assists in 92 sets played for Garden City. She has a nasty serve that accounted 42 aces last season.   [player_tooltip player_id='536308' first='Haedyn' last='Lynnes'], 5'5”, DS/L, Mill Valley, ‘28   Lynnes is ranked No. 20 overall. She recently transferred to Mill Valley. As a freshman for Spring Hill, she led the Broncos with 421 digs. She also recorded 568 serve receptions and 137 assists. She is expected to battle for a starting spot on the Jaguars first six.
