When talking about her sheer skill, the list is long---well-trained, long arms, long strides to get to out-of-system passing, great set location and able to find the right hitters in the right situation. Kenlee is tall, strong, makes smart choices, is an above-average blocker and has played an open-level schedule for years, making her the ideal choice for a plug-and-play option for the fall of '26. Dedication and work ethic are also high values in her skill set; she lives in Evansville and trains at Team Indiana, a tough commute to be sure. Work ethic and persistence got her this far, and her training and consistency should take her the rest of the way to a commitment sooner rather than later. Her upper body strength allows her to send a perfect ball to either pin to "reverse the flow" with accuracy, while her soft and sure hands make her one of the more deceptive setters on our list today. "Deception" is Mya's middle name, as her hands take the ball in the exact same place on every pass. Her wrist and hand strength are up there with the best among any setter, and the set always seems to find itself in the right tempo and the right place at the right time. Yes, she's only 5'7", but can easily run a 5-1 or be part of an athletic 6-2 at the next level. An above-average defender, Mya knows that playing defense first is her calling card, and excels at making her contacts playable. More aggressive on the second contact than the others listed here, Miss Reno has the smarts and the skills to be able to either score points on her own through multiple angles or find her hitters in perfect situations to allow them to score. Smart with the ball and strong with her hands, her tempo is consistent to both pins regardless of where the pass might be. I like the quick footwork Olivia brings, as it makes those out-of-system passes seem not so out-of-system. High and soft hands also allow her to control the ball better than most; a rare skill in an era of "no doubles". In only two years of varsity play, she's already over 1500 assists in her illustrious career, making the 2000 assist mark in sight as a major milestone. Olivia might not be on everyone's radar because she goes NORTH for her club ball, rather than south towards central Indiana, but that shouldn't stop anyone from recognizing how skilled this young lady can be.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
