Social Media Stars of the Week: Earning Trust Through Habits

It shows up in how an athlete trains, how she responds to pressure, and how consistently her habits match what appears on film. Social media becomes valuable when it reflects those patterns honestly.   At PrepDigCA, we look for alignment. The alignment between preparation and performance, effort and execution, confidence and accountability. The most telling posts are not always the loudest ones, but the ones that reinforce reliability, growth, and competitive awareness.   This week's Social Media Stars of the Week: Earning Trust Through Habits feature athletes who are using visibility to reinforce who they are as players and people. Each athlete shared what she is proud of in her game, why exposure mattered in her journey, and what she wants college coaches to understand beyond the clip. These are athletes showing that trust is earned through daily work, not one moment. Skills that help me stand out are my speed and being able to set the middle regardless of whether the pass is a 3 or not.”   📲 Why This Post Mattered “Visibility on social media has helped me in my recruiting journey by giving me confidence to reach out to bigger schools. When I'm setting from the back row, I consistently deliver hittable balls, run an effective offense, and make high-IQ decisions that my hitters trust. I'm comfortable setting both in and out of system and take pride in putting my teammates in the best position to succeed.   When I rotate to the front row, I'm a physical right-side attacker who can score in transition and out of system. I've developed strong attacking skills and bring confidence and competitiveness at the net. Along with my offensive contributions, I've grown into a solid defensive player with good court awareness and quick transitions. Overall, my versatility, consistency, and intensity allow me to stand out on the court.”   📲 Why This Post Mattered “Being featured on PrepDig CA was a huge honor and validation of the hard work I've put into my volleyball journey.
