Our last rankings list has been released, so let's dive into the positional breakdowns. First, the pin attackers are up, and there's so much talent in this class at the primary attacking positions that it was hard to whittle this list down to five. Here they are, from around the state, looking to ramp up their high-end play for the remainder of club season.

Currently the right side for Circle's 16 Purple squad that's already qualified in Open at GJNCs, Gabby is a heavy-hitting, highly athletic attacker that carried her high school squad on offense by the end of the season last fall. Big and physical, Gabby's volleyball IQ is quite high for her age—-she understands shot-making depending on the defensive situation in front of her, and is a problem for opposing outsides when they attack. From a highly athletic family, Gabby's ceiling is limitless, and will be a highly sought after recruit in the class of ‘29.

Speaking of carrying her high school's offensive load, Kendall is a compact attacker with all of the shots in the book as well as the All-State accolades to prove that fact. With varied shot selection, high-end court vision and a fearless approach to the game, her Munciana squad is THAT much better with her on it, just like Yorktown was this past fall in their run to the state semifinal.

It's hard to call AC “under-the-radar” as the #10-ranked recruit in this class. However, every time I see her play, she's that much better at every facet of the game, but isn't from a volleyball blue-blood high school. Springy, bold and sneaky-strong, Adelynn has taken her TI training to new heights—-she's developed some hard angle shots this spring to go with her consistent high-hands approach—-and is a primary attacker on one of the better 15s teams in the state.

The best way to describe Abby is “spitfire”. Relentless in her play, her attitude and her overall personality, Miss McCrory is a compact, six-rotation beast of an outside that can terminate from anywhere and does so with a whip of a right arm. I love her pass-to-attack movements, the load-up from on the floor to crushing the ball at max attack height, and her fire when she scores points regularly for her squad. She's just flat-out fun to watch.

Another kid from a not-so-well-known volleyball program, Blaire is a six-rotation athlete that punishes undisciplined blocks regularly. She makes up for her lack of height with a high-and-hard approach to every attack, and even has a small selection of off-speed shots that will throw off even the best-trained of floor defenses. I'm looking forward to the remainder of her club season to see how Boiler Juniors has trained her up for completing her all-around skill set.
