Fullenkamp is a solid all-around player in the making. The Notre Dame coaching staff is big on players learning all the positions, and Fullenkamp exemplifies that. Fullenkamp shouted, “Mine! Mine! Mine!” on serve reception and defense clearly so the other players would give way and go to secondary positions. The Notre Dame coaching staff also smiles at that, placing a huge emphasis on coummincation on the court. Fullenkamp continues to refine her swings and makes sound transitions from defense to offense. Fullenkamp gets on top of balls and tools blocks. She hustles hard after balls and delivers sound jump serves.

The biggest and heaviest-hitting pin attacker on my list today is none other than Addi. With pace, strength and every shot in the book at her beck and call, she’s got a legit shot to be one of the top attackers at the showcase this Saturday. Size isn’t her only weapon, but it does help—-her block is long and penetrated, her attack touch is higher than a lot in this class, and her volleyball IQ at that size means she can stay within herself when playing. Of the kids I’m watching, Addi is one of those that’s earned an extended look from me.

Fullenkamp has shown a lot of all-around great play before even entering high school. Fullenkamp has a solid five-step approach, extension and follow-through, getting on top of balls to put great power into them. Fullenkamp rips seams with great accuracy. Fullenkamp has a high attack point with her size and her ball control lets her terminate balls a number of ways. Fullenkamp executes sound bump and overhead passes and has a nice float serve.
