Nguyen is an incredibly versatile player. The 6A Three Rivers League First-Team recipient is an excellent back row athlete, and she commanded the court as the St. Mary’s libero this past fall. On serve receive, Nguyen tracks challenging serves well. On defense, she is quick to react, which helps her make effortless plays. Not only is Nguyen an excellent defensive player, but she also has beautiful hands and can set when needed. Playing for OJVA 18-1 this season, Nguyen will be an asset to her team no matter what position she’s playing.

From the baseline, Nguyen has an insanely tough and impressive jump serve that came in clutch during the tournament.
