Ana is our third ranked libero in the class of 2027. The only two liberos rated higher than her are both committed. The highest rated libero Laila Chadwick Laila Chadwick 5'8" | DS/L/OH James Madison | 2027 State #46 Nation VA won Virginia Gatorade Player of the Year. Pretty good company to keep.

Her older sister also won Maryland Gatorade player of the year last year. Ana lacks the height of her sister to play outside but she does not lack the skills to play the libero position. As great a teammate as she is a player on the court, as evidence by her being selected as one of three captains. She is the only non senior among the three.

Her libero/defensive specialist play has led Richard Montgomery to two Maryland state championships. MVSA will play in the National Division in Junior Nationals.

The one constant with Ana is her passing and defensive skill allow the teams she plays for to run their offense with success.

Last year Ana’s older sister Ema won the Maryland Gatorade Player of the Year.

Talent seems to surround her. Or perhaps she makes that talent perform. She is the backbone of the Richard Montgomery team that had won back to back Maryland state championships. This past year the streak was broken as they were upset in the quarterfinals.

A true team player with an excellent attitude on and off the court.

Ana is enjoying her time to shine now after her sister moved on to college ball. Her HS is always a threat with her there, she’s quite the DS. Good range, solid platform and serve receive, great passing, I’ve never had anything but good things to say after I’ve seen her play. She’s going to be in demand in these big tournaments, with so many of the big guns out there, there are going to be a lot of hard hit balls to play, and for MVSA to have a shot at the bid, they’ll need her to lead the way.

In my opinion perhaps the top libero at the showcase. She ranks as the number 2 libero in the class of 2027. A steady team player who commands the back court well. Her first two years she has been the younger sister to Ema Djordjevic, who went on to win the Gatorade Player of year award for Maryland. This year Ana will get the opportunity to carry the leadership position as the Rockets go for a third consecutive state championship. Not flashy but always steady. She will make all the plays.

Ana plays for MVSA Sparks. They will play in the USA Division when going to Dallas to play in the USAV Junior Nationals. For high school the Richard Montgomery Rockets will seek their third consecutive championship.
