The hard-serving rising senior from Freeman High School has shown off an improved defensive game and her willingness to throw the ball pin to pin to find a great match up. Semprimoznik has an infectious personality and is always the first one to celebrate a great play!

The Freeman junior took home the NEA MVP award, and led the Scotties to a nice run in the state tournament. She will throw a set to anywhere at anytime, and is fearless in finding good matchup’s for her hitters. A super positive and fun attitude on the court is a big part of her ability to influence a match. Soft hands let her drop deceptive dumps on unsuspecting defenses.

The Freeman Scotties have deployed a season-long 5-1 offense, and the junior setter has been on the court continuously dishing it to her experienced group of attackers. She is willing to take chances and reverse the flow and continues to grow her offensive game in the front row. Freeman separated themselves this year from the rest of the NEA, and racked up some nice wins versus higher classification opponents, but have not seen a 1A caliber opponent like Chelan. A freshman, Avery Boswell is emerging as a critical part of the Scottie’s team, look for her to make her mark in the playoffs bringing smart defense and pinpoint serving to the squad.
