Snyder is a student-athlete I’ve had the pleasure to watch develop her game during the last few seasons, fighting through injuries at times, and continuing to improve all of her skills. The Oklahoma Christian commitment was performing at a high level during my most recent in-person scouting opportunity at the Iowa City High tournament at the beginning of the 2026 season. Snyder was standing out through six rotations as the Jaguars won the event with a 5-0 record. She’s added power in her swing and become more efficient in reading blocks, understanding when to hit through, around or off of them. Snyder has come a long way in defending at the net and in the back row. She’s sound in serve-receive.

Bailey Snyder Bailey Snyder 5'11" | OH Ankeny Centennial | 2027 State IA has some hop in her step. She’s springy. The outside hitter for Iowa Impact 171 Elite was able to score points at key times for this squad who will be moving on in gold pools in 17 USA. She is really smooth with her movement on the court and is a high flyer. There is some great balance to her game and the rest of her Iowa Impact team.

One of the most improved players in the state during the last year, Snyder is off to a fine start to her junior campaign. On a Centennial roster with a lot of pieces for the attack, Snyder fits on the outside capable of doing decent damage during her rotation. She’s increased her strength, which has helped her power. With room to add more moving forward, Snyder’s potential is considerable. She’s also getting better at reading the defense and directing her attack accordingly. Snyder has long arms and good leaping ability, which will gives her a chance to be an more effective net defender, too.

The arrows are pointing up for Snyder in terms of her college stock. She’s on an excellent trajectory that’s seen her steadily improve but with plenty of room to go before she hits her ceiling. Snyder is versatile. While she stands out most on the outside with her leaping ability and whip-like swing, she showed this club season that her back-row game is getting better. It’s a good bet that Snyder reaches her potential with her love for the game and dedication to taking it to the next level.
