Rinehart played on the Iowa Regional champs with 15-1 Premier last year before moving over to United 16 Elite Timmerman for the 2026 club campaign. In between, the sophomore helped Centennial reach the Class 5A title match with 265 digs and 65 kills this past fall. Rinehart was on point playing libero for Timmerman at the 2026 Nike President’s Day Classic in St. Louis. The squad reached the Open Division Gold Bracket championship match with her holding it down in the back row. While she has the versatility to play elsewhere on the court, Rinehart is at her best using her athleticism, lateral quickness and sharp reflexes in producing crisp passes. She reads the ball well in serve-receive and bows up soundly against the opposing attack.

I hadn’t seen a lot of Rinehart heading into an in-person scout at the Iowa City High tournament early in the 2025 season. I left the gym intrigued by her skill set. The sophomore ranked among the team leaders with 74 digs. Her quickness, lateral movement and sharp reflexes make her effective in serve-receive and in challenging the opposing attack. Beyond that, Rinehart displayed an aptitude for her own attack from the back row. She jumps well and generates power that should increase even more over time. Those traits also make her effective from the pin, too. Rinehart is one to watch this season and beyond.

RInehart is an intriguing prospect based largely on his versatility. She did her job while playing at the opposite pin and in the back row for a talented Impact 15-1 outfit during the 2025 Iowa Regional Qualifier in late March. Rinehart is athletic, moves well and displays a strong feel for the game. It will be interesting to see how she develops during the next few seasons as she trains in two of Iowa’s better programs for developing student-athletes’ potential.
