Cate plays with intensity and skills to match! She is a fast accurate setter that runs a quick efficient court with a high court IQ reading the opposition extremely well. She has impressive accurate sets mixing it up setting tight or off the net, running a chute, slide, or setting the back row she is controlled and efficient with great hands. She utilizes all her players well and can pull a sneaky setter dump to leverage points for her team. She serves finding the seams and can dig up from the back row getting to balls. She is calm with out of system plays and communicates well with her teammates using excellent judgement on balls that need help trusting her teammates showing excellent connections with all. She is savvy and talented, a perfect combination and highly valuable asset to her team!
