Reed may have played against her former teammates for the first time, but she did not let the moment get to her. Reed conversed with some of them before the game, but once on the court, Reed was all business, trying to propel the Tigers to victory. She also uses her high attack point to take big swings, but her defense is also incredible. Reed makes the simple passes in the back row and displayed great range tracking down balls hit to deep corners. Reed sends free balls over with a purpose. Reed said things have come together as the result of each player supporting one another.

Reed is a six-rotation player that is focused on improving her hitting accuracy. She makes sound crosses and cuts balls to the sides of blockers. Reed formed sound blockers with teammates which included some blocks on solid hitters.

Reed (pictured) has an outstanding wrist snap and uses it to attack seams well. She can pound crosses and hit balls off blockers for big points. Reed does a great job running tandems and can execute both solo and double blocks. Reed is also a nice passer and server for the Eagles. Reed had 436 kills, 26 solo, 47 assisted blocks, 136 digs and 53 aces in the fall, helping Johnson Central make it back to the 15th Region Tournament.

Reed produced at all six spots for the Eagles. She has a sound writst snap, especially on her line hits. Reed is not afraid to use her off hand to catch defenders off-guard. Reed also controls the net well. That included some big blocks on Wolfe County standout Naoma Noble Naoma Noble 5'11" | OH Wolfe County | 2026 State KY . Reed said the Johnson Central team chemistry is great, noting that she and her teammates care about each other.
