Williams is a powerhouse six-rotation outside hitter playing for Athena 18-1. Williams showcases an incredibly explosive, aggressive approach and a super fast arm swing, both of which she uses to hit the ball straight down. With her ability to practically beat the block and attack to any opening on the court, Williams is hard to defend against. She also has a super tough top spin serve from the baseline.

Why the rise? As a freshman, Williams did not receive a top spot on the rankings, and a year ago, she was ranked #65. Her steady grind to get better spoke volumes, and the improvements to her game were noted. She was a major piece in Jesuit High School’s State championship, and her play simply could not be ignored. Williams has a cannon of an arm. When she connects with the ball, it is absolutely booming and almost always results in a kill. Her control and decision-making on when to swing and when to mix it up have improved by leaps and bounds. Still uncommitted, she is sure to be a major get for whatever program signs her.

Williams is a powerful pin hitter with a heavy arm, a super quick arm swing, and an insanely explosive approach. The attacker made the 6A Metro First Team after her final season with Jesuit, thanks to her ability to frequently and consistently obliterate the ball from the outside. Williams jumps high and sees the court well, putting up a big block and hitting offspeed shots to open court when needed to score. Williams is playing for Athena 18-1 this season, and she will certainly be one of the team’s offensive weapons.
