Another excellent defender to come out of the Mead program in North Spokane, Reich was a solid passer all season long for CPA 16 Drew. She has good length as a libero, and uses that length to hustle down balls to the corner and lay out for tips that seem to be sure to score.

Reich has been out with an injury for part of the season, but began the season at the libero spot. Playing for Mead High School, a perennial state tournament power in 3A, and training with CPA, Reich has excellent fundamentals and a solid platform in serve receive. She plays a bit longer than her listed height, she can get to shots to the deep corners or the push over her head defensively. Reich has good location when setting the second ball from her platform, she steps in decisively and controls the back row from the libero position.
