About Grace

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style is highly competitive but, more importantly, extremely strategic. I believe combining these elements makes for a truly versatile player.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

When you get to know me or play with me, you'll see that I always demonstrate good sportsmanship. I rarely bring negativity to the court and always show up with a positive mindset, focused on improving myself.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am part of a club called Red Hots VBC, where I have earned multiple awards throughout the seasons I’ve played. Additionally, I have received various awards from my school, including academic honors, attendance recognition, and other achievements.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

With seven years of volleyball experience, I’ve grown mentally, developed strong social skills, and improved my leadership, even earning a captain role on my club team. This sport has pushed me out of my comfort zone and truly shaped me into the person I am today.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Challenges come and go every day. Mental obstacles are something I face daily, but I see them as just another challenge pushing me to succeed. Physically, I constantly work on improving my skills, such as increasing my vertical, which has always been a challenge I strive to overcome.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for colleges that offer my future major in interior design and architecture, such as FSU and UNLV.
