Every year has given us a new phase in Liebsack’s meteoric development. 2025 brings us more of what has made Liebsack a multi-year all-state performer at Bennington High School. She hits a heavy ball in the seam and can also chop down the line to keep defenders off-balance. Premier Nebraska 17 Gold starts with Liebsack behind the service line to make full use of her wicked jump-spin delivery. Her continued excellence on the national stage has been something to behold.

Liebsack’s stock continues to soar after another tournament appearance with Bennington. The Badgers got a little of everything from Liebsack this fall, including team-high totals in kills and aces. The junior outside hitter was one of the few players in the Cornhusker State to wield a jump-spin serve, and Liebsack changed matches with this rare weapon. She returns to the Premier Nebraska gym this spring and remains a player to watch for 17 Gold.

We could bring up a lot of statistical categories when discussing Liebsack’s impact. She does everything well for Bennington High School, but we’re bringing her serving into focus here. Liebsack wielded a wicked jump-spin serve for much of the 2023 campaign. It appears to be reaching good form once again as Liebsack tallied six aces in the 2024 opener against Lincoln Northwest. Liebsack is now an upperclassman and set a high bar after last year’s extraordinary output.

leads us right into one of Premier 16 Gold’s other “flex” hitters. Liebsack raised eyebrows when she ascended to the 16 Gold roster this year, and her stellar performances have kept her in the spotlight. She was among Nebraska’s most prolific prep scorers last fall as she helped lead Bennington back to the state tournament. That sophomore season had Liebsack on the left side, but her position with 16 Gold can swap between both pins. Liebsack packs a heavy arm when she’s at opposite and can score at will when 16 Gold is in system. Keep close tabs on the team’s lineups at Nationals.

Liebsack made a dramatic rise in our latest 2026 update. The numbers justify it. Bennington’s star sophomore put down nearly five kills per set while hitting almost 0.300 as an outside hitter. This was done as Liebsack and the Badgers competed against one of the most stacked Class B fields in recent memory. Liebsack’s meteoric rise was something to behold, and she has now risen up to the Premier Nebraska 16 Gold roster. You’ll want to keep an eye on this one.
