Quinn Sanmann Quinn Sanmann 5'7" | OH Bennington | 2027 State NE brought variability to the pin that made her difficult to scheme. She adjusted her approach tempo based on the set and still found a way to get to a strong contact point. Her arm was quick enough to challenge late-closing blocks, and she mixed speeds effectively to keep defenders off rhythm. She was active in transition, consistently reloading and presenting as an option, which gave her setter flexibility in second-phase offense. There was a clear intent to create advantages rather than just react to the play.

Sanmann has consistently raised the bar since we first saw her compete at the 15s level. The Nebraska Elite outside hitter has had some of her best moments on the qualifier stage against national competition. Sanmann has a knack for going pass-to-attack and remains a positive influence in the middle-back area. Bennington High School leveraged this six-rotation skill throughout 2025, and Sanmann is sure to maintain her upward trajectory into the new year.

Sanmann has taken the next step in her prep journey after so many highlight-worthy plays in the Nebraska Elite gym. This 2027 prospect has always thrived in club venues with her quickness off the floor and pinpoint passing. Sanmann has now brought that influence to Bennington, a Class B program that has racked up postseason berths in recent years. She logged a team-high 0.267 hitting percentage against Elkhorn North and has now proven herself against elite fall competitors.

We can never leave Sanmann out of a pin-hitter conversation that includes well-rounded, versatile athletes. We’ve documented her six-rotation prominence with Nebraska Elite 16 Surge, which accumulated a heap of victories during this year’s qualifier circuit. Sanmann led 16 Surge in the scoring column through much of this success, but she also brought the backcourt stability that isn’t always reflected in a box score.

Nebraska Elite’s collection of 16s outside hitters took a massive step forward this spring. Sanmann was the “glue” to Nebraska Elite 16 Surge’s operation and exhibited any skill you could ask of an outside hitter. She was the team’s leading out-of-system terminator and dished out clutch passes from the middle-back area. Sanmann will keep developing after several deep tournament runs with 16 Surge.

Nebraska Elite 16 Surge knows who to lean on when a clutch kill is needed. Sanmann has been an all-around leader for her squad en route to multiple deep runs at national qualifiers. The Bennington sophomore elevates quickly and is tough to read when making her approach. Opposing defenses don’t know whether to expect a cross-court drive or a crafty line shot when Sanmann leans into the ball. This year’s club results have put Sanmann and her teammates firmly in the spotlight heading into the summer.

As stated previously, the Midwest Power League will provide an excellent glimpse into the overall depth at Nebraska Elite. Sanmann represents Nebraska Elite 16-2 and was a top performer at many of the team’s qualifier stops last spring. This dynamic outside hitter has a knack for tooling the block and finding open spots with off-speed shots. Sanmann also churns out remarkably consistent first contacts, allowing her fellow attackers to flourish.
