About Kendra

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

High-IQ setter with strong court awareness who can run the offense from anywhere on the court. I lead with constant communication, bring a competitive mindset, and work to create scoring opportunities for my team.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m a competitive and team-first player who brings strong energy and leadership to the court. I stay composed under pressure, communicate constantly, and always look for ways to help my team succeed.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball and competitive gymnastics background, I’ve developed strong discipline, leadership, and mental toughness. Both sports have taught me how to work hard, stay composed under pressure, and support my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Balancing competitive volleyball, academics, has been a challenge, but it has helped me develop strong time management, discipline, and resilience. It’s taught me how to stay focused and keep working toward my goals.

By recognizing defensive commitment early, she was able to shift her distribution and create one-on-one situations for her hitters, allowing her offense to operate more efficiently.

Her communication remains steady and purposeful, reinforcing confidence in her hitters and helping the team stay connected through tough stretches. She consistently goes back to her hitters, building trust and maintaining rhythm within the offense.

She is currently expanding her defensive awareness, focusing on reading attackers and anticipating offensive choices. That added layer of vision is helping her stay more engaged in all phases of the rally.
