McMillen is really tough for the 16 National team on the one sets with her vertical jump. McMillen also makes things happen on the outside with her ability to angle balls toward the back and make crosses. McMillen is also showing she can make consistent passes from the back and front rows. She has a tough jump serve. McMillen said she tries to take advantage of every ball she gets in the middle because outsides are set more than middles.
