I had the chance to watch Edwards at our recent showcase, and did she ever stand out. She has quick feet, a fast arm swing, and generates a ton of power behind her attack. Edwards can fire away from either pin, giving her the versatility to score from multiple spots on the court. But she isn’t just about power. She is smart with her shot selection, sees what the defense is giving her, and knows when to swing hard, find a seam, or change things up. The combination of athleticism, power, and a smart attacking game made Edwards one of the players who immediately caught our attention and ultimately earned her a spot in our rankings.

Edwards put on a show at the Minnesota Stock Up Showcase. She was dynamic, strong, powerful, and honestly just fun to watch as she attacked from the pins. I especially liked what I saw from her on the right side where she showed how dangerous she can be when she gets going. She moves quickly, gets her feet to the ball, and creates a lot of power behind her swing. There were several moments where she delivered some swings that made me stop watching someone else and take notice of her.
