As both a varsity DS and a starting libero during her time at Danville, Miss Knuckles picked up nearly 1000 digs in her career at the school west of Indianapolis. Her active feet and exceptional anticipation more than make up for her stature, and she always seems to be in the right place at the right time. I’ve only seen her play in the left back at the high school level, but no matter what level of team they were playing, Maklyn was, more often than not, responsible for an accurate first contact. Calvin is a solid DIII program from Michigan that hangs around the 20-win mark regularly, and Maklyn will be a great addition to this young squad.
