I’ve been a Mickele fan for a few years now, and it’s been really fun to watch her game grow. This season, especially with her moving to the outside, you can really see how much she’s progressed. Her passing and defense have taken a nice step forward, and she’s a lot more comfortable hitting out of system. Because she has played a ton of middle before, she reads the ball well and gets to spots quickly, which helps her handle just about anything coming her way. She has had a strong club season, and it really feels like it’s only a matter of time before she finds the right college program to call home.

Mutschelknaus has some of the best court vision I have seen in a player her age. She has an explosive approach and is so smart with her ball placement, especially against a big block. Her ability to elevate above the net and hit every angle so aggressively is so impressive! Mickele displays so much strength and versatility on the court and is set to have a big season for Southern Minnesota!
