Heater had another solid game for the Raiders. She put her teammates in good position to finish plays on one play, then pounded one to the ground on the next. Her versatility came in handy once again for Ryle. Heater also has a good platform to make crisp passes. Heater did not let mistakes get to her. She often bettered balls on the next play. Heater said the team reset the minds after the fourth set and brought energy in that fifth set to pull off the win.

Morgan brings a lot to the table, and she proved that last night! She reads the opposition and does it well. She is a force on the front line, setting, hitting, blocking and is exceptionally good at all three. She is a solid blocker and has excellent reflexes playing off the net and covering. She can flat out serve a bullet deep into the corners and is uber consistent. She can sneakily tip and is smart in her placement. Morgan is a game changer on the court!

Heater has often flown under the radar, but has been a steady contributor since her freshman year so she moved up 24 spots. She is as sound of an all-around player as anyone, consistently making things happen in every statistical category. Heater does a great job distributing balls to many talented hitters. Heater plays sound defense, using her height at the net to alter shots if not block them. Heater had 731 assists, 175 kills, 13 solo blocks, 27 assisted blocks, 249 digs and 52 aces, helping Ryle go 24-9 with another 33rd District crown and spot in the region semifinals.

Heater does everything she can trying to propel the Raiders to victory every time she takes the court. She especially tried to pick things up in this game. Heater tries to distribute balls to different teammates to keep teams guessing. She even uses her height to alter spikes if not block them at the net.

Heater has dressed on varsity for four seasons now and plays like the experienced veteran she is trying to be a complete player. She mainly sets up the powerful Ryle hitters, reading defenses well and putting balls where they need to go. Heater can also do other things the team needs such as timely kills. She had several in the win over Conner on setter dumps. Heater even surprised the Cougars waiting until the last second on a second pass, jumping into the air then sending it over for a kill in the third game.
