She’s a very complete offensive player, who can score in a variety of ways and who often makes good decisions when set at the net. VanVoorhis does a very good of adjusting her approach according to the location, being able to hit shorter sets with the same efficiency and even hitting line – she’s also very effective when hitting in the middle. Although her blocking is not extremely tall, it’s always well-structured, closing her area of the court very well.
