About Presley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style is collaborative, energetic, strategic and clever

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

A good way to describe my mentality or personality on the court would be a good teammate, staying focused, working hard and playing hard

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’ve received multiple student of the month rewards, school awards and have participated in a bunch of organizations and fundraisers like the Tacoma Rescue Mission and helping/participating in the Pink Ribbon Army run/walk/golf, I have also received the “Most Inspirational Athlete of the Year” award and the “Principal Honors Society” award.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I take leadership at school and it teaches me how to be a good team player and work together effectively and collaboratively. I’ve developed these skills over the past 2 years and helped me grow as a person and player

What type of college are you looking for?

A big college that fits me. Something that fulfills my dreams and can balance my schooling of my dream job and my playing my favorite sport

The Curtis freshman is part of an excellent setter rotation for the Dakine 15 National team. Messersmith works hard on her setting footwork; she gives herself the best possible chance to deliver a strong and accurate ball. The 2029 prospect is a plus defender who gets to her defensive spot quickly and can dig swings with her hands or platform; she showed up in the back row in serve receive and looked solid handling her business.
