Her footwork is fluid, the preparation for attack is balanced, and her arm swing is high and hard. Coming from an exceptional high school program and now a top-notch club program, Raegan has been perfecting her techniques to become a full-time outside for (most likely) a small D1 school looking for just that.

I swear I’m not writing about the same type of kid in this article, but here we are. Raegan, similar to the ladies listed above, is a long and lean outside attacker that has arms that make her look taller than she actually is. At Boiler Juniors for the last couple of seasons now, Raegan’s development as a six-rotation outside has been quick, and she’s starting to develop some strength behind her attacks. Her feet get her to the ball, no matter where it’s set, and she finds a way to put balls away in any angle that the block and defense give her.
