Plumb has come on all season in the libero spot. The team will count on her to be solid in the serve-receive game, a critical need when dealing with a different ball. The Flistatec is reported to float and dance unpredictably, Plumb has great fundamentals and should make the adjustment.

Plumb does an outstanding job reading and reacting to opposing attackers. She runs under tips easily, identifying the situation and the opposing hitters and making the right play. She is always covering her hitters, popping up balls that may have scored otherwise. Plumb is able to stand in against a big swing and keep the rally going.
