Left side or right side? Goode has done it all. The KC-area star has earned reps on the left pin for St. Thomas Aquinas and will compete for a starting role again this fall. She shifted over to the opposite spot for this year’s MAVS 16 Elite lineup, and that move was the real spearhead for Goode’s rankings rise. She brought her best to some of 2026’s best venues, from Triple Crown NIT to USAV Nationals. Goode has become great at the right time.

This feature needs some opposites, and Goode is an ideal candidate for this one. I had the chance to cover MAVS KC 16 Elite’s 3-0 start at Triple Crown NIT, and Goode’s versatility was a highlight of the opening-day effort. She has vast experience on both pins and can spearhead a well-formed block on either side. MAVS KC’s up-tempo offense also suits Goode’s instant, explosive burst off the floor.
