Head Turners at the Delta Region Qualifier

Many of these players showcase true talent on their court and are leaders with high energy and smart plays. She constantly is keeping the ball in play with her effort to lay all out for a ball. Robinson is very impressive In serve receive giving clean passes to her setters. Her drive to and energy can be seen. Yancey does a great job at swinging around the middle block and hitting deep corners. Her well placed shots give very little time for the opposing team to talk about who's ball that is. Her height and high volleyball IQ makes her a dangerous setter. Running a 6-2 and swinging on the right side, Ambeau can effectively keep the opposing teams defense guessing. Ambeau gives very clean sets to her hitters allowing them to score. She has a great connection with her hitters that can dangerously be a game changer in a big moment. Thomas sets the outsides really well, pushing the ball out to the pin to allow them to swing line. Wall is an aggressive setter. She gives her attackers great racking up many assists while also scoring many points herself as an aggressive setter. Wall can catch the opposing defense on their heels. She has a very high volleyball IQ that also allows her to set herself up in the area the attackers are swinging. She reads the dropped elbow really well to pick up tips and roll shots. Her impressive arm swing and snap to her ball makes her a very reliable option. Her team can trust her to put the ball down. She does great at swinging over and around the block.
