Scout’s Take: Allie is a later-developing prospect with plenty of upside. She is a student of the game and has the versatility to play all three front-row spots. She is a natural middle but has experience on both pins, which adds to her recruiting value. With added strength and college-level training, Redditt has the tools to develop into a very productive player. She is a bit of a diamond in the rough who may still be scratching the surface of what she can become. Allie already holds an offer and continues to explore her opportunities.

If you’re looking for a middle blocker who values consistency over flash, Allie Redditt deserves a closer look. It took a little time for Allie to come out of her shell, but she did so in strong fashion!!

Redditt believes what separates her from other middles in the 2027 class is her ability to stay composed when the match gets tight. She prides herself on being a consistent performer, reading hitters well, and moving laterally to close blocks. “I’m a strong blocker that can read and move laterally quickly,” Redditt said.

As she continues through the recruiting process, she’s looking for more than just a volleyball program. Redditt wants a school with a strong player development culture, great team chemistry, and an academic path toward becoming a speech-language pathologist. Staying close enough for her family to watch her compete is another important factor in finding the right fit.

On the court, Redditt hopes coaches notice more than her physical play. “By mixing up my shots and hard swings, I hope a coach will see that I have good court awareness and a high game IQ,” she said. She describes herself as a quiet leader who leads by example. Coachable, competitive, and always encouraging her teammates, Redditt wants coaches to know they are getting more than a middle blocker. “I hope they see my character and that I would be a dependable asset on and off the court.”

Scout’s Take: Redditt is a fundamentally sound middle with a high volleyball IQ. She blocks well, makes smart attacking decisions, and brings the type of consistency coaches value. Her team-first mentality, coachability, and steady leadership make her an intriguing, uncommitted prospect in Arkansas’ 2027 class. She’s had some strong camp showing and will be one to keep an eye on as she enters her senior year.

Redditt is a very smart middle blocker on her EVA team. She does a great job at seeing the block in front of her and either swinging around it or tooling it. She does a pretty good job at closing the block with her pins. She is good at finding the high hands on the block. Redditt is a very consistent middle blocker and a go to for this EVA team.

Redditt is a young and impressive middle blocker hitting through the seams of the back row. She scores many of points by swinging into the deep corners or swinging through the seams in the back row. Her well placed shots give very little time for the opposing team to talk about who’s ball that is. She is also very impressive at tooling the block.
