In just a few weeks, they'll be stepping into the gym with the goal of earning a spot on the roster, and for some, carving out a starting role right away. The hours of extra reps, summer training, and game experience have been building toward this moment, and these athletes are ready to prove they belong. I've had the chance to watch them shine over the summer, showing not just skill, but the drive and competitiveness it takes to thrive at the varsity level.
