We're counting down the days until this Saturday's Nebraska Exposure Tour showcase at Nebraska Elite. It's the latest iteration of a years-long event series that brings under-the-radar athletes into the spotlight. I can't wait to cover the action, and there's still time to sign up!   As we bridge the gap between state tournament coverage and the upcoming showcase, we have a golden opportunity to blend the two themes. Here's a sneak peek at a few players from postseason participants joining us for more action this weekend.    Moulton returns to the spotlight after helping Omaha Concordia log one of its best seasons in recent memory. We've watched her soar every since leading Club Legacy 16 Alpha to several high-profile tournament triumphs during the club season. This savvy setter-opposite has now added some postseason accolades to her fall ledger with Concordia reaching the semifinal round for the first time since 2016. Moulton made every contribution imaginable with her dual setter-attacker role, becoming a consistent triple-double threat for the Mustangs. It's the perfect recipe for a showcase breakthrough, as all skills get tested regardless of position.     Marcinek was willing to do a little of everything to help keep Bennington's postseason streak alive. This multi-position star was a lethal server off the bench and played fearless floor defense in any zone along the end line. We've also watched Marcinek thrive in the Club Legacy gym, where her prowess as a setter and an attacker have shone. The rising junior will now make a repeat apperance on the Prep Dig Circuit and exhibited her extraordinary development since her last visit.     Elkhorn South has a rich history of libero talent, so swiping the contrasting jersey as a freshman is an incredible accomplishment. Tate made that jump for this year's Storm squad and racked up 20 digs in Elkhorn South's three-set quarterfinal bout with Millard South. These are astonishing numbers, but Tate also maintained a six-dig-per-set clip through the entire regular season. As you look beyond the box score, you'll see all the pinpoint passes and crisp secondary sets that distinguished Tate among her fellow 2029s. She'll likely stand out again in a showcase environment.     Add another Class A standout to the list of 2029 stars heading to our showcase. Harlan's tireless work in the middle was a huge highlight of Omaha Westside's ascent to this year's semifinals. She connected well with fellow freshman [player_tooltip player_id='765196' first='Sofia' last='Meister'] and varied her shots based on what was available across the net. Harlan churned out seven kills on a 0.333 clip against top-seeded Lincoln North Star, adding to her steady uptick in production as we went deeper into the fall season. She's only going to get better--a scary thought for future opponents on the Class A circuit. That development continues at Saturday's event.     Gering made its long-anticipated entrance into the Class B tournament this fall, and Canales was a clear catalyst for pushing the Bulldogs to the next level. She immediately seized the team's libero role and piled up a whopping 552 digs during her debut season. That relentless pursuit set up Gering's lethal transition offense, and the wins kept piling up. Even when faced with a Class B powerhouse like Norris in the opening round, Canales demonstrated the poise and leadership needed at Nebraska's highest level of prep competition. That's a good omen for more postseason success.
