The Alma standout thrives in serve receive and has the athleticism to extend rallies with spectacular defensive plays. She also has the ability to set out of system and has one of the best serves in the state. Waters has a great swing as well and can catch defenses napping with a strike.

Standing 6'2", Josie already possesses the frame college coaches look for in a middle blocker. She has stood out to Prep Dig Scout Mike Graham who is on-site at Nationals. He states that Welborn has a sound attack approach and terminates with great power. Mike also said she displayed great blocking technique. (Thanks Mike!).

Josie-Claire is playing up on the FSJ 17 Elite team, which will help her gain more exposure playing against older talent. She is on her way to becoming one of Arkansas' premier front row players for the 2028 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='749917' first='Kenzy' last='Hogue'] is no stranger to being noticed playing on the top 16's team in Arkansas. She and her Ozark Jr 16 Premier team have gotten off to a strong start at Nationals, sweeping day 1 blasting two teams 25-16/25-10 and another 25-11/25-14 with a three-set thriller in between that went 25-9/20-25/21-19.

Kenzy is sometimes a little overlooked playing with such a talented group, but she commands the front row when she is on the court. She is strong defensively at the net, whether one on one or in tandem closing the seam with a pin. She combines a great serve and strong offensive game that sets her apart as the complete package at the middle position with the versatility to play the right-side spot as well.

Another 2028 player that caught the eye of one of Prep Digs Lead Scouts, Theresa Hickman is [player_tooltip player_id='766523' first='Piper' last='Andersson']. Hickman was impressed with Andersson's balance on blocks, working with her middles and offensively, her patience, her approach and the versatility of her shot selection.

Having watched Piper the last two seasons with EVA (playing up both as a 15 and 16), she continues to impress with her attitude and work ethic. She is playing for the first time in three weeks after being injured. You would never know it. The left-handed standout creates difficult attacking angles and has the ability to contribute in the back-row as well. Her ability to attack line, deep cross, tip, and defend makes her one to keep an eye on.

Avery continues to develop into a dependable front row player. She brings versatility to table with being able to play both middle and right-side. As a sophomore on the ultra-talented Farmington Cardinals 5A runner up team, she had 118 kills, 47 blocks and 42 digs showing her versatility all year.

She has continued that impressive play this club season for the Ozark Juniors 16 Elite and is one to watch going forward in this recruiting season. Ball will certainly make a strong impression on coaches at Nationals.
