She runs efficient offensive routes and adjusts smoothly to different tempos and set locations. At the net, Addyson’s blocking technique has improved—better hand positioning, stronger presses, and more discipline in closing space. She stays active through transition and doesn’t disappear between touches. Club season will be a great stage for her to turn steady production into consistent point control. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

Quandt doesn’t need to worry about timing quite as much as others because she has a gift of being able to just hang in the air. She hangs out for a bit and then gets her block and joins the rest of her team back down on the court. You do not want to give her an overpass either because she LOVES smashing those like a 1 year old with their 1st birthday cake.
