A solid, six-rotation right side for Carmel, Elle is growing into her own player right before our eyes. Regularly filling the highlight reel with high-hitting and heavy attacks to all angles, she’s also capable of picking up a ton on defense—-rare in this volleyball world where kids are more position-specific. Active in both the front and back rows, Elle should see some of her recruitment ramp up as the season gets later.

Seeing more right side play than any other position in the past year or so, Elle is a strong pin attacker with a solid shot selection that minimizes errors regularly. I’d like to see a bit more rise in her jump, allowing her to use all of her length more regularly. For now, though, she’s pretty successful picking and choosing her spots to go for it and take a little off to make things tough for the opponent.
