Janiah is a Class of 2028 athlete at Rancho Christian and competes with Forza1 North.   At Progressive Health, [player_tooltip player_id='515402' first='Janiah' last='Burrage'] saw her touch height climb from 10'3 to 10'7 in just a few weeks of focused training. Working with Maria Wolfe gave her the structure to push beyond limits, and she has set her next goal at 10'9 by the end of her sophomore year. Brooklyn is a Class of 2029 athlete at Clovis West High School and plays for Valley Volleyball Academy. She trained with box jumps, weights, and strength sessions outside of practice to chase her goal, and at the UA Next Camp in Santa Ana she verified it with witnesses that mattered most, her mom and the event staff. “I was so excited to reach my goal of 10 feet,” she recalled, noting that it only took her two attempts. Yemaya is a Class of 2029 athlete at Crossroads School for Arts & Sciences and competes with Actyve Volleyball.   Touching 10 feet was both a physical and mental battle for [player_tooltip player_id='714028' first='Yemaya' last='Chappell']. Inspired by watching her older brother practice dunks with their dad, she eventually made her own full-circle breakthrough at Actyve Volleyball. “When I first started vertical practice I was stuck in my head because I didn't believe I could do it,” she said. “But once I started thinking I could, it became easier and easier to reach my goal.” Yemaya remembers finally hitting 10 feet at the YMCA with her dad, after long stretches of frustration. [player_tooltip player_id='569569' first='Anaya' last='Dela Fuente'] first cleared the 10-foot mark at age 13 while training with Mizuno Long Beach, and she kept pushing until she reached a verified 10'4 at UA Next in Kansas City. “I felt good knowing I was able to touch 10 feet. Ever since that day, I felt much more confident jumping and hitting,” she said. With her teammates and strength coach there to celebrate, Anaya needed just two attempts to break through the milestone. That confidence translated into measurable improvement, as she explained: “I noticed how much my hitting has changed. Determined to hit 10 feet by the end of club season, Aylee Pizzo committed to strength and conditioning twice a week while practicing touches on her home basketball hoop. Her work paid off on June 15 at Woodlake Volleyball Training Academy, where she verified her first 10-foot touch. “I was so happy to reach my goal and it motivates me to keep creating more goals,” she said. Aylee's trainer, along with her parents, witnessed the moment after three strong attempts. The impact has been immediate on her game. “It helps me get more on top of the ball and time to aim.
